Rubber Duckies Annual Race For Charity

I don’t think this race is run any more in the Ottawa area but I have seen it elsewhere. This shot was taken as a print, before the digital days. I scanned it some time ago but I have since reworked it with some digital tweaking in PhotoShop.

I have recently added this image to my storefront at Fine Art America.  It is for sale as an art print, canvas print, poster or greeting card. Sales are direct through Fine Art America who handle all arrangements, manufacture and shipping.

Hartwell Locks on the Rideau Canal system – Kite Aerial Photography (KAP)

New in my Getty Images portfolio:
Hartwell Locks are on the Rideau Canal system, just upstream from Dow’s Lake in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. They are next to Carleton University, and many commuting students (bike, skates or on foot) have to cross these locks. The locks throughout the system are manually operated. The Rideau Waterway system extends from Ottawa to Kingston, Ontario. This picture was taken from a camera rig suspended below a kite (Kite Aerial Photography – KAP).
