My tour of the midwest USA took me through the St. Louis Missouri. My first stop was at the Gateway Arch where I kept my photography at ground level as the wind conditions were inappropriate. Permissions might have been an obstacle as well but I had no reason to ask as the wind was almost zero. That same afternoon I went to Forest Park, and after doing a fairly extensive visit with my SLR and tripod I realized the wind had picked up so I returned to the Art Museum to do some aerial work. Both the Museum and the Emerson Grand Basin in front proved to be interesting KAP subjects.
These photos were taken from a camera rig suspended below a kite (Kite Aerial Photography – KAP).
