These images are from a Kite Aerial Photography session conducted two years ago as I toured across the United States.
In Idaho I met with PokyTom (Flickr name for Tom Gautier) and we camped, KAPped and photographed our way through the Sawtooth National Recreation Area in the heart of Idaho.
I quickly put a few of the images on Flickr at that time (either while on the road or just when I got home, I can’t remember) to share with my KAPper connections in the Flickr KAP group. I had never created a gallery on my website until now. I have also added some more of the better images from the day.
These are images from my third successful KAP. This set took place near an old schoolhouse or church (not sure which), off Hwy 20 (Wilson Lane) about 5 miles west of Fairfield, Idaho.
These shots were taken with a camera suspended below a kite line (Kite Aerial Photography – KAP).
More images from this session can be seen in my KAP 2009-25 – Wilson Lane near Fairfield, Idaho gallery on my website.
